Genre series veteran David Anders ( Alias' Sark, Heroes' Adam) finally got more of a role this week, as we found out he's the older brother of the guy suffering from radiation poisoning. So now the neck-stabbing bad brother will be hanging out with a couple of prostitutes, courtesy of Comrade Bazhaev.

It feels like the new few hours are being set-up to be Farhad-free, as he told Sergei he won't be able to transfer the money to his account for five hours (wow, that's one slow process for an assumedly electronic bank transfer). Before we even saw Jack and Renee this week, we instead checked on the traitorous Farhad Hassan, his newly-introduced military contact in the Islamic Republic of Kamistan, and mob boss Sergei Bazhaev and his radiation-poisoned son. Anyone expecting more of an adrenaline-fueled, fast-paced plot this week after Renee's freeing of Ziya from his tracking bracelet was in for a bit of disappoint from the start.
